Eire Soccer is a player development and college showcase organization dedicated to helping student-athletes reach the next level of the game. Our mission is to bridge the gap between high school and college soccer by creating genuine opportunities for exposure, meaningful connections with college coaches, and high-level competitive environments that prepare players for success at the next stage of their careers.

Founded and directed by James Dempsey, a former NCAA College head coach with playing experience at both NCAA and NJCAA levels. Eire Soccer provides athletes with firsthand insights into the college recruiting process. Through our showcase events, consulting services, and small-group training, players gain not only access to college coaches but also professional guidance from someone who understands exactly what college programs are looking for.

While our primary focus is on college pathway programming, we also proudly serve the youth soccer community through our technical camps and development clinics. These sessions help younger players build a strong foundation of skills, discipline, and passion for the game, preparing them to take the next step toward competitive soccer.
